My b2evolution Version: Not Entered
When i craete a blog in the backend and it builds my blog "That is "Standard Blog" only so far - I see that the system produce all the structure for the web page for the blog. Now right now my blogs are being put in a folder called Blogs. Where is this information stored so in case unstead I want to create a blog in a another folder.
Here is a example link to the blog it creates;
http://www.burningtaper.org/blogs/blog5.php
Now I want to change the actaul path for a specific blog web page to something like this:
http://www.burningtaper.org/temple/ipswich/ma/bluelodge/johntheard/page1.php
Where in the backend is this done what fields in the backend need to be changed.
Please explain each step once in the back end to do this?
Now that is answered lets take the question one further and say the following -
How would i do the above but when in the first link it shows the other blogs in the nav bar in this case I do not want the same list in the first one as the second one.
look at the link http://www.burningtaper.org/blogs/blog5.php
You see top right the nav buttons Blue Lodge, York Rite, Scottish Rite, Aleppo Shrine, Masoinc News and Masoinc General Information as selectable buttons or links now on the other link i gave you I need a seperate list of buttons and links to select.
I do not want the one blog at this link here
http://www.burningtaper.org/temple/ipswich/ma/bluelodge/johntheard/page1.php
Have access to the other unless the user knows the actual link - this is not a permisions question but a functional user interface and backend control nd setting up of the options in the backend system.
Can you explain how to set this up - I hope I was clear on what I am asking here.
THANKS

Admin > blog settings > [blog] > urmm ... advanced or summat ... or possibly a tab that mentions urls > change the path
Afwas' bloglist widget will help you with the latter ... I think ;)
