Blogs linking to each other.

Running version 2.4.6

Hi.
Everytime a new blog is created a link appears on every other blog.
For example a blog named "test" is created and that name appears along the top of every other blogs navigation.
Is there a way to turn this function off.

1. In Blog settings uncheck the option "Include in public blog list" for each blog you don't want to be displayed.

2. Alternatively you can remove the "Public blog list" widget.
