Sorry seems I posted this in wrong forum.
Hi
When a Blog is created it is given a default set of widgets automatically.
Is there any way to control what widgets are installed automatically.
Can I remove the widget from the directory so it does not appear in admin.
If yes where would I find it.

The default widgets are hard coded in one of the core files, can't remember which one off hand. Removing the widget files won't stop them being installed.
