No problem. You can do this in a couple of ways. First would be to make a blog D then on the Blog settings -> blog D -> Advanced subtab find the box for "blogs to aggregate" and put the IDs for blogs A and B in it, comma separated.

OR you could tell blog A to aggregate the stuff from blog B and blog B to aggregate the stuff from blog A so that both would be mixes of both blogs.
