My b2evolution Version: Not Entered
I've just uploaded both a youtube plugin and an AM custom plugin to the plugins directory of a new v2.46 install on a windows server but for some reason the new plugins aren't appearing in the list of plugins in the admin area.
Any idea why?
I'm using the same b2evo version on a linux server with no problems.

I don't know if this is the same as your problem or not but I had a report from someone using one of my plugins that it wasn't appearing in the list and the reason for this was that the tool they had used to unzip the plugin had created a top level folder that wasn't required. Therefore the folder structure was:
random folder -> plugin folder -> plugin files
When it should have been:
plugin folder -> plugin files
After this was sorted out it appeared in the list no problem.
