Breaking comments into multiple pages

I've got a few blog posts that have a lot of comments - as in hundreds - and that makes for a very large page and a lot of bandwidth.

Is there any simple way to split up comments so you get the option of seeing, say, 20 at a time, instead of loading hundreds at once?

Not at the moment, but you can change order to "last posted" and add a cut off limit
