I started a blog with an address in another domain. The blog works, but the blog doesn't have the "user perms" or "group perms" tabs. Is this because it's in another domain? I tried creating the blog as a group and standard with the same results.
just head over to blog settings > (your blog name) > features tab
scroll down to :
Use advanced perms:
This will turn on the advanced User and Group permissions tabs for this blog.
Use workflow:
This will notably turn on the Tracker tab in the Posts view.
