Dissabling Track Backs doesn't work

My b2evolution Version: 3.3.1

We are having such an amount of spam through trackbacks (how do they do it??) that it is being impossible to control. I read in a post how to dissable trackbacks and comments, but It didn't work. The spammers figured out the way to keep sending their sh....t.

It is obviously a bug of B2Evolution because despite of not having a form to leave feedback or comments, the spammers figured out how to access a non public file where to leave links to their websites.

If this form wouldn't have a field to put a link to their websites, they wouldn't be motivated to hack our blog.

Is there a way to delete this field? or any other way to stop the spammers?

(This is my last attempt before moving the blog to WP).

I replaced the url with my domain, and I got a 404 page.
I already had dissabled the option and we are still "under fire". The issue about trackbacs and spam has been discussed here and beyond learning how to delete the tracbacks direcly from the MYSql database, I was not able to find another solution.
