My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I must be an idiot. I love this software and am getting pretty good at it. For the life of me I can't figure out how to "schedule" a post to be released at a future time and or date.

I have tried to use the "Set to" fields in the properties box of a new post, if I hit draft it never goes, if I hit publish it goes right now.

It must be something simple. what am i doing wrong?
