My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

New users are constantly registering on my blog. I can tell they are not legitimate registrations as they have "spammy" email domain names. Is there any way to restrict the email domains from which people can register on my blog? Is there a way to restrict new registrations at all without turning registration off?
