[3.3.3] Default Locale Is Not Enabled

My b2evolution Version: 3.3.3

Recently upgraded to 3.3.3. Prior to that we relied on the "default locale" to id spammers as the spam bots wouldn't choose a locale and default to our "AE", we could just instantly deleted.

But now when registering, users aren't offered any choices and our Regional section says "Default Locale Is Not Enabled".

I can't figure our how to enable it? Help?

You can set the default locale on Global settings > Regional tab. Make sure it's enabled in the list below.

Thanks sam2kb. That's where I have problem. Next the the box that would let me select the default locale there is a notice: Overridden by browser config, user locale or blog locale (in this order). Note: default locale is not enabled.

and the selection box is disabled.

If I try and check any and then save I get "Parameter «newdefault_locale» is required!"

Click on "Restore defaults" then try to enable any locale.
