My b2evolution Version: Not Entered
I am attempting to convert a WP skin to B2E - is this impossible? I read through everything I could find on it and it looked relatively easy to do. I am running 3.3.3. I am NOT a php expert, I know enough to fix minor things and make cosmetic changes but this is the largest project I have tried. Is there any new documentation on how to do this? I haven't been able to find any.
I got the skin installed but nothing is showing up. I put containers in and was working to try to get it all working but considering nothing is showing up I am starting to wonder if this will work at all?
I would love any feedback from those that have tried/done this!

you dont have to have good php knowledge to create/port a skin. You will need more of b2evolution skins knowledge, how they work, and css knowledge.And its not impossible, it is fairly easy to port skins.Most of the manual is outdated, they wouldnt help much..I'd recommend u fiddle with existing skins to understand what is the deal about..Take a look at this too : http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?t=17115 it might help, it s not a guide to create a skin or sth but it might shed some light in certain areas..good luck in advance.Btw, you might want to give a link to the original wp skin, i might port it to b2 or help you out with it without any made promises
