Have you uploaded each file from the installer?
Are you using a free web host?
I also got the same problem the other day, I used a particular free webhost that only supports a maximum of 500kb/file and ended up about 3 files unuploaded. These were files named message.po .. I just had to get another webhost and i got it up and running. Please post a link on your blog so that we can further check. thanks

yeah that's why i chopped them into pieces, zip and upload many zips lol..
