How can I allow users to flag blogs?

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Are there any plugins or can edit a some code to allow users to flag and remove inappropriate blogs with a click of a button.

If so, can you help me.

Users got to have permissions for this action. Once you allow blog deletion they'll see a button.

Go to Users -> Group settings and choose full access for blogs.
