Ok I have just about everything working,most problems were user permissions.Last question what is the best way/plugin to shrink photo's into a post .Mine are like bigger then the screen.I know I could resize them but can they be preset to like 300x300 or 400x400..Thanks from the newbie

there is a predefined image size somewhere in skin files.. see if that works for you, and there is also a jquery image fit plugin by Afwas
