[3.3.1] Either you have not enabled cookies or ... HELP!

My b2evolution Version: 3.3.1

"Either you have not enabled cookies or this login window has expired." Error when I attempt any logon.

I have back B2evo 3.3.1 installed. Everything has worked fine until a couple of days ago. I can no longer log into any of my accounts. I have changed the admin password and the instance line to qwerty in _advanced.php. This problem is evident on Firefox and IE8. I do have an HTML5 template installed, could this have something to do with this. Have there been changes made to the browsers?

My server was recently changed because it had kept throwing errors. But this problem happened just prior to the change over. Any ideas?

Okay, I owe you an apology. It turns out that my Vipre Premium virus/firewall software had upgraded to a new version and activated Web Site filtering without asking if I wanted this function. It seems that the back office triggers the 3rd party cookie filter.
