My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I was needing to move the "post a comment" link to the bottom of my blog posts after the body. And I was also wanting to add the

$Item->author();

right under the blog post title but I can't seem to find the right place to move what I want and add what I need. I'm a noob guys. Any help would be appreciated. I'm just not sure which file is the universal format file.
