My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I am trying to remove a category and kept getting the usual errors as mentioned in the forum...after following the advice of removing a post that was under the unwanted category, I am now getting this message:

The following relations prevent deletion:

1 posts within category through extra cat

Hoping someone can help :D
