If you delete the sub file how do you access the other blogs? How do you set to "explicit param on index.php" ?
Blog settings > URLs
I have a problem saving blog setting URL. I tried every format but i always get error. Please give me an example. This happen in V2.x
Blog base URL => Explicit param on index.php
that's all you need to change
That does not answer my questions! See above.

How about a hint concerning the specific error message?
This is the error when I use file_stub.php as URL "filename":
"The url name is invalid."
and how to use
Blog base URL => Explicit param on index.php
"delete the stub files" != "delete the setting" it means "delete the physical files from your server"

and how to use

You simply select that option in the Blog base URL settings. That is all.
Then you access the blogs by http://your-url.tld/your-folder/index.php?blog=2
http://your-url.tld/your-folder/index.php?blog=3
http://your-url.tld/your-folder/index.php?blog=4
etc...
I used explicit param and URL
http://mysite/blog/index.php?blog=8
But still got error:
The url name is invalid.
Take a screenshot of your settings page that gives that error / re-read the advice given in this thread and follow what it says instead of guessing what you think it says.
The *only* setting you need to change is to select "explicit param on index.php", the only "stub" you need to delete is the actual files via ftp.

I got it, thanks a million.
No worries ;)

Delete all stub files e.g. blog1.php, contacts.php, summary.php etc.
The only files you need in blog root are admin.php and index.php
