If you have uploaded the mp3 somewhere then you can put the url of the mp3 in the 'Link to url' field on the write screen and set the post type to podcast. This should provide a player for the mp3 on the post.

Haven't posted flash to my blog before but I guess you would just put the code for your flash into the write window?
