i redirected my site www.fotokalender-erstellen.info/index.php via .htaccess to www.fotokalender-erstellen.info/.

How in this case I should activate the sitemap plugin ?

This is great, I have been able to supply a sitemap to Google Webmaster tools. However, I note that not all the URLs are in the sitemap.

I guess this is related to the fact that I have several blogs:

http://blog.mjlvideo.fr/index.php?blog=2
http://blog.mjlvideo.fr/index.php?blog=5

etc.

How do I create a sitemap for all the blogs?
