My b2evolution Version: 3.3.1
Hi,
I am miday through setting up a custom blog, which you can see at http://voucherdeck.com/blog/blog1.php. I am following your instructions here http://manual.b2evolution.net/Create_a_new_skin.
When editing index.main.php the folloing probs occur:
1. If I add the line
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
to the top of my code, the javascript nav bar loses its positioning.
2. Once I add the main and sidebar, the bottom navbar also disappears and format messes up.
Do you have any ideas - am I doing something daft??

that doc is probably outdated.. instead of creating a new skin from scratch just grab one that looks similar and play with it
