My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Sorry, could not send email.
Possible reason: the PHP mail() function may have been disabled on the server.

I need to specify an external mail server. There is no authenication required. I sifted through php files as best I could but I was unable to find a file that contained SMTP information. How would I go about changing the remote server address?

I use godaddy and the server for email goes through secureserver.net
