London skin/template help

I want to edit the CSS for the London template. As well, I would like to add a background image.

What file(s) do I edit? I have looked but am confused by the layout.

Actually, I have figured out some of it but now my main question is this:

The name of a post seems to be rendered as an Image(?) How do you control the color of that? :?: :?: :?:

Open up the skininfo.html file. Read that.

It always helps if you read the instructions - this file is included with the skin.
