[2.x] Contact email send form

My b2evolution Version: 2.x

Hi all,
I have problem with my b2evo Contact. Where other people can click on contact and there is an email form to fiill name, email, website, and email content. I see that the form must be able to send those text typed and sent from there. But when I try to fill and send it myself, there is no email in my inbox (admin email inbox). I already configured my email address for the admin, but why there is still no message sent to my inbox? the b2evo report that the email has been sent.

Any idea?

First make sure you entered correct email address and the message is not in junk.
You may need to contact you hosting support and ask if they allow sending emails.

email are correct. No message in junk. nothing at all. maybe the hosting provider doesn't support it..
