[4.0.1 beta] No themes listed to add a blog

My b2evolution Version: 4.0.1 beta

I installed 4.0.1 beta as a new install. When I try to add a blog is shows "Pick a theme", but never shows a list of themes to pick from.

I have checked the themes directory and there are themes there. I also did a view source and there does not seem to be any code in the HTML for the selection either.

Anyone have any ideas.

Welcome to the forum!

New themes must be installed on Global settings > Skins page before you can use them.

If this is the case, upload all b2evo files to the server again
