My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

...using 3.3.3

I am just getting going with this, really...installed it a few months ago and just now got to using it.

I made a new user, that I want to be able to make posts and such, including uploading pictures to put in his posts. After some trial and error, I managed to turn on the "advanced" user permissions table, and seem to have gotten that set up...

But, when I log in as that user and try to upload a file to include in a post, I get this error:

An unexpected error has occurred!

If this error persists, please report it to the administrator.

Group/user permission denied by b2evolution! (files:add:)

I don't see anywhere to fix that. Any help?
