My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I set up b2evolution today and when I posted some test comments the system picks up the correct date format from the regional settings, but it does not pick up the correct format for the time. It displays it in military (24-hour) format no matter what I do.

Has anyone else noticed this problem? Is there some code somewhere I can fix, or at least can anyone tell me what file to look in?
