My b2evolution Version: 4.05

Hi guys! does the Aggregation [Admin] work in b2e version 4.05? Or is it bugged?

How does this feature work? Does it allow me globally post the same comment on a blog that is linked with other blogs or what? I would like to hope this feature will allow me to setup a way to allow people to have 1 of 5 blog skins to choose from when communication on my blog and that it will share all comments on a single blog. I hope that's what this does. But correct me if I am wrong.

Do you have to do anything extra in getting this feature to work other than enabling this feature?

I have tried to find a solution for this and really can not come up with any idea how to get it to work. But than again I will know more about it when I switch over to my paid web hosting and have more power in testing it out.
