Hello all hope someone can help me with my problem

I am using version 4.0.5 I have no extra's installed i just installed a theme

I am having issues getting SSL (https) working site wide

I tried the following in conf/_basic_config.php

$baseurl = 'https://www.

but things just redirect to http://

if this is not possible please could someone clarify, and tell me how to secure the login and admin pages.
