Lost "Write" and other options in the top bar

Well, just... that. Now my top bar, when logged in, only shows the dropdown for user actions, the "Messages" menu, the time, "Manage" and "Logout" (well, the Spanish version of those, so maybe the words are different). Previously, I could start a new post by clicking on "Write", but now the whole left area of the bar is empty.

What gives? ;)

Did you update [u]all[/u] files? Make sure your skin does [u]not[/u] have the file _toolbar.inc.php

I'll try reuploading and reinstalling. No, it doesn't have that file. It looks like, if I enter to the backoffice, the bar appears correctly, but if I get to the blog, it only appears partially. Very strange.

It's not the skin. I tried several and the issue persists.
