My b2evolution Version: 4.1.1
I am running 4 sites using B2evo. Three have now been converted successfully to V4.1.1 but one is throwing back the following error when trying to log-in
Incorrect crumb received! [loginform]
Your request was stopped for security reasons.
Have you waited more than 0 minutes before submitting your request?
To the user all looks ok. I am also intrigued by the '0 minutes'.
Any thoughts as to why?

You forgot to update files in /conf/ directory.
The only file you should keep is /conf/basic.config.php, make sure all other are up to date. On Windows you can use [url=http://www.google.com/search?q=Winmerge]Winmerge[/url] to compare them.
