My b2evolution Version: 4.1.1

Hi,

I'm new to b2evolution. I just installed b2evolution to my server, and thought what I needed was simple. After working on this for a couple of hours, I figured I'm better off seeking help here.

I want a blog that can:
1. upload images and videos.
2. each user has his/her own blogs
3. each user has control over who has access to his blogs. For example, user ME creates a blog. ME wants only user A, B and C to view and comment his posts, but not user D or E, or anyone unregistered.

I read the manual and FAQ, but couldn't find any tab called "permission" to change.
