since a few days I receive a handfull of posts every day. Upgraded to the latest version 4.1.3 - still the same.
I can see the sessions that have been established, can find the user but is showing in "grey". Can't find it anywhere, not even looking directly at the database.
So, which ever way someone managed to register as a user but the user can't be banned deleted etc.
Anyone any idea?
