I'm not sure if this is a problem with my host or a setting I haven't set properly.

When I try to update the blacklist, I get this

No response!

Done.

It also doesn't like reporting sites, but it will block them locally.

When my posts try and do the ping thing - they also get the no response.

And I can't also get the trackback thing to work either!

So ... am I missing something, or do I need something installed?!?!
