I want to make a blog site. But I want another bloggers to have subcategories in my blog site.

So, I want to make a Usergroup only can post and edit fixedness subcategories.

Example :

userA only can post and edit BLOGA;

userB only can post and edit BLOGB;

How can do this ? Thank you very much!
