Don't forget the space between the r and the slash. I don't know if that's what is causing your problem, but fix that for starters.

Doesn't it work if you post the image link then double space and post the next image link and so on and so forth?

I thought breaks were automatically inserted when you double space. But maybe it's a paragraph tag, though.
