Just did a quick search and can't find a ref to this. I've installed a B2 EVO at root level as I'd like it to become the home page of http://www.neukol.org.uk - I'm getting 403 errors. I've set up a blog to be the default blog at index.php but it doesn't work. I tried to create a static page called index.html but I got a 404 from within B2 EVO backoffice.

I've gone in and deleted the index.htm that was formerly the HTML home page thinking there might be a conflict but that doesn't help. Incidentally when I did "Exit to blogs" I got the index.htm page (before I deleted it) but this was not a blog - it was an HTML page.
