Link Blog Going Into Main Blog

Help, the Link Blog is going into my main blog area, cutting off the far right edge of my text. What's going on and how do I fix it? Weird part is that if I click on a trackback or comment, the thing goes back to normal.

The issue seems to be intermittent. It wasn't doing it earlier, now its doing it again.

The overlap is happening again. Here's what I'm seeing now. What's causing it?
