Error "Cannot modify header information"

Been using b2evo for ages and just upgraded from 0.9.0.10 to 0.9.1

Blog works fine apart from generating static pages. When I try I get the following error:

"Generating static page for blog []

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at c:\program files\easyphp1-8\www\blogs\admin\_menutop.php:14) in c:\program files\easyphp1-8\www\blogs\b2evocore\_404_not_found.page.php on line 14"

Anyone able to point me in the right direction to fix this?

When generating the static page it fails to find the blog. Therefor it includes the 404-Not-Found page (where the warning comes from).

You might want to try looking at your blog params.. if you cannot find the cause, I'd just ignore static pages.
