I have everything installed, and normally (previous host) never had a problem with generating static html pages, however this time I ran into an error:

Now I have gone in and modified the chmod permissions as had been previously indicated on the B2evo site, so not sure what I got wrong on this piece.
Any advice and help is greatly appreciated.

Noticed another problem. I set the chmod for the custom skin as advised to 766, but am getting errors when I try to open the template editing tab:

Hope I haven't hosed everything now.
