How do I get a comment editor that gives my users some basic support for entering common tags (e.g. bold, url, etc)? And ideally a preview feature?

I expect there is a plugin or option, but can't find one.

I love everything I am seeing about b2evolution, but can't go forward with it if I have to expect my users to write tags.
