Google does not seem to be picking up the perma links to my articles.

They look like this: http://www.endianx.com/index.php/2006/03/23/panacea_for_piracy

Shouldn't google pick that up? If I search for one of my articles, I will only find the main page, but not the perma link. Anybody have any ideas what I need to do to get google to pick up individual articles?
