Occasional / intermittent problems are often the most frustrating.

We are having random periodic Explorer (PC) crashes on our blogs and I'm looking for some suggestions as to where to look for the cause. No problems with Firefox or any of the Mac browsers.

"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." yeah yeah yeah

We are using a fairly hacked up skin some I'm wondering if our monkey fingers might have deleted some essential code (or added some garbage.)
The weird thing is that the problem occurs seemingly at random.

we experienced the issue using 0.9.0.12 and we've now upgraded to 0.9.2 but the problem remains.

Could this be caused by a database issue or server setting?
No problems with any other scripts.

What sort of script problems can cause a browser to crash?
Any suggestions as to where to start?
