Automatic Hyperlinking (macro?)

Curious if it's possible to set up B2E (or possibly even MS Word) to always associate selected words and phrases with pre-determined hyperlinks. This would save the time spent linking to some of the more common words used on my blog. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Example: I type the word "b2evolution" into the text field and, upon posting, the word "b2evolution" automatically links to the appropriate site, as determined by me in advance.
