For the last about the last week (give or take a few days) the CVS versions antispam page in the admin panel has been busted.

All that shows up is Add a banned keyword:, the text box and the Check and Ban button.

Just want to know if I broke something or it's some kind of issue in the code.

Edit: Fixed as of the CVS version I just installed.
