I know there is a file where you have to insert code for the toolbar or activate it... but I can't figure out which file it is. I'm assuming I have the code in there twice.
There should be no need to edit any file. On your 'settings' tab select the 'plugins' subtab and see if you've got it installed twice. If that's the case then click the red X (un-install) on the second installation.
