trackbacks - getting error on verification

HI,

I am just wondering what causes a trackback to not be verified. I did a new post and noticed there was a visitor in the comments area that said trackback verification for blog. When I click on the link it just says something about No url to your permanent entry given. Is this something that needs setin the original post? Any input appreciated.

Trackback links aren't meant to be clicked, they're meant to be used when you're making a blog post ( there'll be a box for "trackback urls" if you have trackbacks enabled )
