Once logged in, still see login link

After I upgraded from 0.9.2 to 1.8.2, when I log in the first time since opening the browser, everything works fine. However, whenever I try to switch from the default blog to blog B or go back to the site after visiting another site, I no longer see the admin/profile/logout links. I see the "login" and the "register" links instead. If I click the login link, it tells me that I am already logged in. If I click "continue" or login again, it takes me to the default blog, but on the side is still only the "login" and "register" links. Any suggestions?

Can you give us a link to your blog, and create a dummy account for us, so we can check out the login/logout stuff ourselves. The dummy account just needs to be a guest account (no special permissions like writing). Or PM me if you prefer.

I reinstalled b2evolution, and it seemed that it was the main.php that was causing this. I still don't know why, but it works now.
