Undefined Variable in Antispam - IP Ranges

Hello,

in Antispam, IP-Ranges I find this message in the column of Action:
"Notice: Undefined variable: admin_url in [...]/inc/antispam/views/_antispam_ipranges.view.php on line 139"

Does no harm, but would be better to fix this.

@saunders a fix for this will be included in the next release. It will also be available in our master branch at GitHub soon.
